Victor Culiuc – Member of the Advisory Board of the Moldova Foundation

Victor_Culiuc2Victor Culiuc has started his career as a BBC analyst covering the separatist conflict in Moldova in 1992. From 1992 until late 1990s he was at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova where he was member of the Moldovan delegation at the OSCE in Vienna, Austria and then opened the first Embassy of Moldova in Germany. For the last 5 years he worked at the International Monetary Fund in DC. While at the IMF he was also involved in setting up the club of the Moldovan community at the IMF and the World Bank. After getting his MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, Victor works for Credit Suisse in New York.
